125 ml water
125 ml milk
100 g butter
5 g sugar
3 g salt
135 g flour
15 g cocoa powder
4-5 eggs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 175 C.
- Heat the milk, water, butter, sugar, salt until the butter melts. Then bring to boil and remove from heat.
- Tip the flour and cocoa powder (sifted) into the liquid. Mix well.
- Return to stove, heat to dry out the dough, then transfer to a bowl.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, while beating. Test the smoothness.
- Put in a piping bag and let it rest for at least an hour.
- Bake in the oven for 30 min, and further 10 min while the door is open to let the steam escape.
