Ingredients

  • 125 ml water

  • 125 ml milk

  • 100 g butter

  • 5 g sugar

  • 3 g salt

  • 135 g flour

  • 15 g cocoa powder

  • 4-5 eggs

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 175 C.
  • Heat the milk, water, butter, sugar, salt until the butter melts. Then bring to boil and remove from heat.
  • Tip the flour and cocoa powder (sifted) into the liquid. Mix well.
  • Return to stove, heat to dry out the dough, then transfer to a bowl.
  • Add the eggs, one at a time, while beating. Test the smoothness.
  • Put in a piping bag and let it rest for at least an hour.
  • Bake in the oven for 30 min, and further 10 min while the door is open to let the steam escape.
