120 g butter (softened at room temperature)
75 g brown sugar
75 g granulated sugar
1 egg
200 g flour
30 g cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
175 g chocolate
Directions
- Start preheating your oven to 180 degrees on fan setting.
- Place greaseproof paper on two baking trays.
- Mix flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
- In a mixing bowl, beat butter, brown and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Add egg and beat just until mixed.
- Add flour mixture, beat and stop as soon as it becomes dough.
- Finally add some chocolate chips and mix into dough with your hands.
- You can weigh 30 grams of dough and roll them.
- Place circles on your trays with a little space between them, add remaining chocolate chips on them and bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes. Do not cook it any further thinking that it is not cooked through, it will harden while cooling on the tray.
